Not one thing.

It's just a short walk to the Old Town, where you can find an array of cafes and restaurants. With its modern bathroom and good facilities, the hotel ensures a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our visit.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

This hotel was located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the must-see sights. The spacious and clean room was a welcome retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to offer assistance and make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning.

The street noise could be bothersome at times. the lack of amenities such as a gym or pool were a bit disappointing.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the Dordogne and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the historical center, cafes, and restaurants. The room we stayed in was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is managed by a warm and welcoming family who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We even received special treats like a cup of hot milk every night and a deliciously cooked dish made from our own purchase at the market. The son of the family was kind enough to drive us to our tour pick-up location and also provided us with a lift to the railway station. We couldn't have asked for more from a hotel. highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was quite good, only a short walk to the Old Town and the bars and restaurants. The hotel itself had a basic but clean room, with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, and we were happy with the polite service.

One negative aspect about our stay was the lack of any kind of view from our room. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't enjoy a nice view of the surrounding area or gardens during our stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location just outside of the old town - a 2 minute walk away. It is very close to the Old Town and Sarlat historical center, making it very convenient to explore the charming streets and medieval buildings.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could provide some more child-friendly amenities, such as a small play area or toys, to keep the children entertained during their stay.

The rooms at Hotel De Compostelle are absolutely charming and cozy, with unique decorations that made us feel right at home. As a couple, we loved the intimate atmosphere and the comfortable beds. It was like a haven away from the bustling city.

Personally, I would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference.

stayed in sarlat-la-caneda again and de compostelle was even better than before! friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a great location near the town center. highly recommend!

Elevator didn't reach all the floors.

The family room that we booked was quite spacious, which provided enough space for us and our kids. It was better than some other hotels with squeezed in sofa beds. We also enjoyed the small pool area, especially after a long day of exploring the town. The location of the hotel was just perfect; we could easily walk around the town to see all the sights. Parking was also not a big issue as we found some free spots near the hotel.

The rooms were too dark. Opening the curtains to let some light in was not an option, as it would provide a clear view of our room to everyone passing by.
